                                        Proposal of New Primary Care Centre:         

  

With the New Proposal of the Primary Care Centre in front of St.Monica’s Youth Centre, the proposal has now gone to An Bord Pleanála which are reviewing the Plans, this will be decided by 23th April 2013.  I believe it is important that the people are informed properly in the locality so I would like to state the facts and what is being planned for in your area.

• The  New Primary Care Centre will be Built In front of St. Monica’s Youth Centre. 
• Investment of €600,000 into St. Monica’s Youth Centre which will include: Brand new Astro-Turf, New Roof, Permanent Boxing Ring, Climbing Wall, New Kitchen and Outside of building will be fully refurbished and brought up to standard.

•   New Retail Unit which will be open till 10 PM.

•   New Pharmacy beside the Primary Care Centre.

•  A new Car-Park which will build behind St. Monica’s Youth Centre (25 Car Space’s)

•  Refurbishment of existing Car-Park (30 Car Space’s + 5 Disability Space’s)
