Daryl has been involved in his local community for several years with sports clubs, community groups, residents associations and charities events.
Daryl grew up locally in Ayrfield Parish with his mother and father and is the eldest of four siblings growing up in Ayrfield Grove. He attended St.Paul's National School in Ayrfield before going on to St. Pauls College, Sybil Hill, Raheny. He obtained a Degree in Business from National College of Ireland in IFSC.
Daryl was appointed by Fianna Fáil Leader Micháel Martin in October 2012 as a Local Area Representative for his community, where he has continued to work locally for people in the community.
