Budget 2014 attacks vulnerable Mothers & Elderly Daryl Barron, a Fianna Fáil Area Representative for Beaumont-Donaghmede Ward slams Budget 2014 as a sneaky way of attacking vulnerable Mothers & elderly. He states, the cuts to telephone allowance and increase in prescription charge to €2.50 is disgusting to stomach.
The Free GP Care to under 5's is a 'Red herring' and is being used to mask other Cut in this budget. When you are attacking another 35000 discretionary medical cards, people will see through this.
